PGI International warrants that all parts and merchandise sold by it are free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty shall be effective for a period of 1 year after receipt of the goods by the end user. PGI International shall, in its sole discretion and at no cost to you, replace or repair defective items or refund the cost of the defective items. In any event, PGI International’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the cost of the defective item (s). PGI International shall not be responsible for parts and/or goods that have been improperly installed, used, stored, handled, or otherwise improperly treated.
          EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE WARRANTOR GIVES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PARTS AND/OR MERCHANDISE COVERED HEREUNDER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
          Except for providing repairs or replacement product(s) or a refund of the cost of the defective items, and as limited by the other terms and conditions of this limited warranty, THE WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSES, CLAIMS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND HOWSOEVER CAUSED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY LABOR OR OTHER INSTALLATION OR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT COST AND/OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
